1. Information on the application publisher
This website as well as the LocalSafeBox encrypted vault mobile application are published by the company DATASLATITUDES.

2. Hosting
LocalSafeBox is a mobile application distributed via download platforms (Google Play Store and soon App Store). It is specified that user data is exclusively stored locally on their own device.
The servers of the distribution platforms host, for their part, the installation files of the application.

3. Intellectual Property
This website and the entire LocalSafeBox application, including the structure, interfaces, source code, graphic design, icons, texts, images, animations and any other content, are the exclusive property of the publisher DATASLATITUDES.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or distortion, total or partial, of the application or its content or the website, by any process whatsoever, and on any medium whatsoever, is strictly prohibited.
Any unauthorised exploitation of the website, the application or any of its constituent elements is considered to constitute an infringement and is liable to criminal and civil prosecution.
The application uses third-party libraries (Open Source) whose rights belong to their respective authors:
- SQLCipher (Zetetic LLC) for data encryption.
- Apache POI for the management of XLSX files.
- Lottie (Airbnb) for animations.
- Bouncy Castle for cryptographic protocols.
4. Liability
The Publisher strives to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of the information and features of the application. However, the Publisher cannot guarantee that the application will be free of errors, bugs or interruptions. It is specified that the user is solely responsible for memorising their main password. The user is also solely responsible for the complexity of the password for which the Publisher advises that it consists of at least 14 characters including 2 uppercase, 2 lowercase, 2 digits and 2 special characters. Due to the strict encryption used by SQLCipher, the loss of this password leads to the permanent impossibility of recovering the data stored in the vault. DatasLatitudes cannot be held responsible for the loss of data due to user negligence or technical hardware failure.
