              Elke reproductie, representatie, wijziging, publicatie, overdracht of vervalsing, geheel of gedeeltelijk, van de applicatie of de inhoud ervan of van de website, op welke wijze dan ook en op welke drager dan ook, is strikt verboden.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

                        4. Aansprakelijkheid<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

                        De Uitgever streeft ernaar de betrouwbaarheid en de juistheid van de informatie en de functionaliteiten van de applicatie te garanderen. De Uitgever kan echter niet garanderen dat de applicatie vrij zal zijn van fouten, bugs of onderbrekingen.\r\nEr wordt gepreciseerd dat de gebruiker als enige verantwoordelijk is voor het onthouden van het hoofdwachtwoord. De gebruiker is ook als enige verantwoordelijk voor de complexiteit van het wachtwoord, waarvoor de Uitgever adviseert dat het bestaat uit ten minste 14 tekens, waaronder 2 hoofdletters, 2 kleine letters, 2 cijfers en 2 speciale tekens.\r\nVanwege de strikte versleuteling die door SQLCipher wordt gebruikt, leidt het verlies van dit wachtwoord tot de definitieve onmogelijkheid om de in de kluis opgeslagen gegevens te herstellen. DatasLatitudes kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor het verlies van gegevens door nalatigheid van de gebruiker of een technisch defect aan de hardware.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
